I am sandeep galhotra , student of mba at PCTE Baddowal,Ludhiana . I interviewed a young trader Mr Vipul Mittal, who is owner of Vipul Traders and his firm is doing business as a distributer of airtel connections and is covering a wide area of disrict ferozepur. He is a very talented young person who has taken his firm to great heights at his young age . I had a great learning experience from him.This experience of interviewing him was very interesting and knowledgeable as he gave me a lesson how a person can reach from a lower level to high level with his sheer hard work. It is true-- stars are not far away from the hardworking and capable person. He started his business in 2004. Since he was new in business so he faced many difficulties earlier and his work is mostly marketing and relationship work so it took him few years to develpo relationships among various dealers in the whole district. Oncoming in business he studied potential ways how to develop relationships with outside people. With his sharp brain he made better strategies and gained good knowledge of his field. He believes in diversifying his business for growth. After 2 yeras he introduced a new firm Abhishek telecom through which he started developing his business in rural areas. Earlier He developed his market in urban ares . So he entered rural sector and started doing a better job for the rural areas and providing them with the latest facilities. With passage of time he purchased his own warehouses for storing goods in demand. He developed proper distribution channels to make connections available to the dealers as when they required. He also developed good relationships with people as he is a very soft spoken person , this positive factor in him took him to wide area in his business. His success mantra is “To Work Hard toAchieve Predetermined Goals in a Specified Period and To Develop more and more Relationships with the People” His proper planning led him to the path of success. he guided his dealers and agents working under him a very impressive way and motivated him from time to time . It was a great experience to know all this and to understand that in the end Hard Work and Developing Relationships with people really took a person to great heights. He proved that intelligent people ar not born intelligent but they become intelligent with hard work and practise.
